Quality Assurance & CompletionHow to submit your work for review

Prepare clear completion photos and project documentation for installation review.

Inspect before submitting

Compare the finished work with the approved proof. Check alignment, seams, edges and visible defects. Follow the applicable material manufacturer's installation instructions.

Prepare completion evidence

Take well-lit photos of each side and close-ups of areas needing attention. Include the project reference and a concise description of any unresolved issue.

Coordinate the handoff

Send the completion information through the agreed project channel and follow the coordinator's instructions for customer handoff. Completion photos do not independently establish payment approval.

Payment terms

Use your written project agreement for payment amounts and timing. This guide does not promise an automatic final percentage payout or guaranteed payment date.
