Accountability & ReworkUnderstanding our quality standards
Document installation issues and coordinate resolution without assuming unverified payout, warranty or insurance terms.
Document the issue
Photograph the affected area and retain the approved proof and project instructions. Describe the observed issue and when it was discovered rather than assuming its cause.
Coordinate next steps
Contact the assigned project coordinator before proceeding with corrective work that changes the scope. Keep communications and supporting photos together with the project.
Confirm the governing agreement
Responsibility for rework, material replacement, insurance, deductions and payment timing depends on the applicable written agreement. This guide does not promise automatic reimbursement, guaranteed payouts or future job assignments.
