Fleet Proof and Approval Checklist
Coordinate vehicle-specific proofs, adaptations and approvals before purchasing production for a whole fleet.
Start with a vehicle list
Record each vehicle's year, make, model and body configuration, then identify which vehicles share a design. A shared brand does not mean every vehicle has the same panel geometry.
For example, two matching vans can share the same creative direction, while a van and a box truck still need vehicle-specific proof review.
Separate creative approval from adaptation
Identical vehicle and design groups can share approval. A different vehicle requires an adapted proof and its own approval. Keep vehicle references and requested coverage attached to the right vehicle instead of relying on a project-wide note.
Review the operational details
Check the phone number and website on every view. Verify door handles, windows, fuel doors, roof coverage and excluded panels. Review each side, not just the hero image. Confirm the vehicle pictured matches the vehicle to be wrapped.
Collect one coordinated response
Ask the customer to review the complete set before submitting feedback. Use pins to identify the exact placement needing a change. Check revision status and respond within the available feedback window rather than assuming unlimited rounds.
Approve the fleet before buying production
Every vehicle must be approved before the whole fleet proceeds to production purchase. Do not create separate per-vehicle production carts to bypass a pending approval.
Before paying, confirm all manufacturing specifications and delivery details. Approval is not a substitute for production payment.
Keep a handoff checklist
For each vehicle, retain its identifier, final proof, approval status, coverage and any special installation notes. If one vehicle changes after the others are approved, resolve that adaptation before the fleet's production purchase.
