Getting Started with Wrapmate Pro Services

Plan your first On Demand wrap order: choose services, prepare the vehicle details, review proofs and understand payment stages.

1. Choose services before collecting files

Create an account at pro.wrapmate.com or choose Start a project from On Demand. Anyone can sign up; installer-network approval is not an onboarding requirement.

Choose Design + Print if you need custom creative work. Choose Print Only if your production artwork is ready and your shop will install. Add Install to either printing path when you need installation support.

2. Prepare a complete vehicle brief

Identify each vehicle, its coverage and any areas that should remain unwrapped. Gather the photos and measurements requested by the project form. Logos, contact information, brand references and per-image inspiration notes help the designer understand your customer.

For an existing design, upload the mockup and available source assets. The optional estimate is a separate choice: declining it leaves material pricing pending rather than creating a final print quote.

3. Check your cart and initial payment

Review each project in the cart before checkout. A design project pays for design and selected color samples upfront. Production and installation are not automatically paid by that design checkout. Print-only projects follow their production checkout path.

Do not treat a saved quote or a cart entry as a paid order. Check the project's payment status before promising a production start.

4. Review every proof

Check names, numbers, spelling, placement, coverage and vehicle details. Use pinned feedback to explain changes. Submit one coordinated set of customer feedback rather than conflicting instructions.

Approve every vehicle in a fleet before purchasing the whole fleet's production. Approval records the accepted design; production payment is a separate step.

5. Plan production and delivery

Production takes two business days after required approvals and production payment. There is no rush production. Choose your shipping speed at checkout, from UPS Ground to Next Day Air; transit is additional.

For installation support, provide a location and scheduling preferences. Preferred dates are not a confirmed installer appointment. Use project updates to coordinate the next handoff.

First-order checklist

Before checkout: correct vehicle, selected services, intended coverage, available artwork, customer-facing text checked and delivery details reviewed. Before production: required proofs approved, manufacturing details resolved and production payment confirmed.
